A builder and entrepreneur by nature, Anthony has built his career around identifying broken systems and developing practical solutions. As Tech Necks' founder and chief architect, he is the principal creative and technical force behind the company. His multidisciplinary background spans disaster management, emergency response, business operations, marketing, web development, computer repair, and technology innovation. An early adopter of artificial intelligence, he came to believe existing consumer offerings fell short — on privacy, user control, dependence on centralized infrastructure, and long-term cost — and rather than accept those limits, he built an alternative. Working independently, Anthony created the core architecture and initial codebase of HYVE Ether OS, along with the integrated AI-agent applications that set the platform apart. He brings more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and operations, and leads pragmatically — with an emphasis on adaptability, self-reliance, and solving the problem in front of him. As President, he continues to direct product development, technical integration, and the growth of the company's engineering capabilities — still looking for the next broken system worth fixing.

J. Denton Adams
Chief Executive Officer
J. Denton Adams serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tech Necks, with responsibility for corporate strategy, governance, commercial relationships, risk management, and organizational execution. He works with the company's technical and operational leadership to turn product vision into a sustainable business, establish disciplined decision-making, and anticipate the legal, financial, and practical issues that accompany growth. A founding member of Bratcher Adams Folk, PLLC, his practice includes business and corporate law, civil litigation, employment matters, and dispute resolution — and companies have frequently retained him when facing unusually complex, urgent, or entrenched problems. That work sharpened his ability to find the source of a problem, separate material risks from distractions, coordinate people with competing interests, and chart a practical path to resolution. Before entering legal practice, he served as production editor for the NC Insider, a political news publication. He is also a certified Superior Court mediator and has served as a professor at North Carolina Central University School of Law. His background in corporate counseling, litigation, negotiation, publishing, and organizational problem-solving supports the company's work to build durable governance, manage commercial and legal risk, and execute its growth strategy.
